Cancellation Policy

At Dina's Place, we strive to provide flexibility to our guests while ensuring the effective management of reservations and accommodation availability.

1. Cancellation Terms

  1. Free cancellation is available up to 7 (seven) days before the scheduled check-in date.
  2. For cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
  3. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
  4. Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, payment processor fees, or similar charges incurred in connection with the reservation or refund process may be deducted from the refundable amount where legally permitted.

2. Refund Processing

  1. Where a refund is due, Dina's Place may, at its sole discretion, process the refund through the same payment method used for the original reservation or request the guest's bank account details (IBAN and any other information reasonably required) in order to execute the refund.
  2. Guests are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date banking and payment information necessary for the processing of any refund.
  3. Dina's Place shall not be liable for delays, failed transfers, additional costs, or the inability to process a refund resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or missing information provided by the guest.
  4. If the guest fails to provide the requested refund information within 12 months from the date of cancellation, Dina's Place reserves the right to close the refund request, subject to applicable law.

3. Force Majeure

Dina's Place shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, utility outages, or other force majeure events.

4. Reservation Acceptance

By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation Policy and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
